AI Time Capsule (ITC) is a concept that uses intelligence-assisted technology to store data about you, just like your physical memory does. The only problem is this technology will outlive you since it has the capability to preserve our minds long into the future.
How Will ITC Work?
The ITC will function as a digital storage device for all of your communication forms, i.e., your e-mail messages, texts, social media updates, etc. Once you have loaded your information into the ITC, the Intelligence-Aided Cloud will perform an analytics analysis of your data in order to identify potential trends about your past, providing you with a complete digital storage account of all the events in your life.
A possible practical use for this type of technology (the AI Time Capsule) would be if you go on vacation and take pictures of the places that you see during that trip, then you put those pictures and videos of your vacation into your AI Time Capsule, and then the AI would show you the highlights from the trip that are in the photos and videos, as well as the song(s) that go with the trip, and tell you how to interact with your travel companions based on the data that you put in your AI Time Capsule.
